Entrepreneurship lunch with Richard MartinaEvenement
On 5 March, Richard Martina will share the latest research results from his EntreComp study.
For any team to succeed in entrepreneurship it is important to understand their own underlying strengths and weakness. To do this, both as a team as on an individual level, one needs to identify which competencies are well developed - and which need work.
To do this analysis we applied the EntreComp: Entrepreneurship Competence Framework. Currently this set of competencies is the most comprehensive set available and is very useful to gain personal insights, as well for team analysis and coaching. Another advantage is the fact that a lot of other university incubators and research centers work with this framework.
Join us during this lunch to uncover what the EntreComp entails and how it is applied in research!
Date: 5 March
Location: Amsterdam Venture Studios, Wibautstraat 3b.
Amsterdam Venture Studios is located at Wibauthuis, left of the main entrance.
In order to stimulate cross-fertilization between entrepreneurship and other disciplines, the Entrepreneurship Program organizes Entrepreneurship lunches. The lunches take place every two weeks in the Venture Studios in the Wibauthuis. Both AUAS and external researchers and teachers are invited to present their work and discuss current entrepreneurship issues with a select audience. Other AUAS spearheads are also actively involved.
